Do I need the dual SIM cards ?

The simple answer is yes and no.  If you do allot of mobile events and are set up and don't have communication you are losing money.  We know first hand how much this can cost you if a tower or a carrier is down.  The cost to have AT&T and T-Mobile is $8.95 per month

Can data plans be paused and reactivated?

Yes.  If you are using the routers for mobile events and want to pause during the off season we just need to know.  The only charge is $5.00 to reactivate the dormant router SIM cards depending on the carrier.  Some will not allow reactivation and a new SIM card will need to be activated.

How long is the warranty?

Standard warranty is three years.  If you have your data plan with us we extend the warranty to five years and give you next day replacement.  You return the defective router with the return shipping label provided.  You will have to stay with the same data carrier or return the SIM with the router.

Do I get a money back guarantee?

If at any time during the first 30 days you are not satisfied you can return the router and SIM(s) and receive a refund for the router.  If returned after 30 days and less than 90 days a 80% refund will be given..  All parts and SIM cards will need to be returned in original packaging to receive any refund.

Do I have to call in every time for a firmware update?

Absolutely not.  When there is an update available it will be tested in house on an ATM or internet failover first for at least a week before we push it out to other devices.  We also do not update all of the routers at the same time.  Updates will be done in off hours as to not interrupt your critical times

How does support work?

Standard support is M-F 8 AM to 5 PM CT.  However, our customers have a couple of cell numbers to call after hours or weekends for technical support

What does it cost me?

The basic Ursalink UR32 is $169.00.  The standard data plan for an ATM is $4.95 per month for a 10MB plan.  We have found this is more than enough since the data packets are small and the time from agreeing to the surcharge to dispensing cash has been around 4-6 seconds depending on the signal strength.

What are my expenses?

The cost of the router and your data plan(s).  There are no hidden fees, monthly support fee, statement fee or annual fee.

Yes. Get references no matter who you are planning to do business with.

Can I reboot the router remotely?

With the Ursalink UR32 there is no9 need to stop what yuou are doing to reboot the router. The UR32 can be configured to reboot automatically on any day of the week or every day and time or multiple times a day
